What to Expect

If it is our first session together I will ask you to complete a confidential medical history questionnaire, after which we will spend time reviewing your medical history and your expectations for the session. Please expect to spend approximately 15 minutes reviewing this information. If you would like to cut down on some of this time, please feel free to download the intake form here so you can fill it out before I arrive for our session. After our first session is complete, all future sessions will include a brief review of your medical history to note any changes since our last session.

Whether I am meeting you at your home or office, please insure you have enough space to set up a massage table or chair, including room to walk around it.
